At EarthShades, your satisfaction is very important to us. And we back our products 100% -- testing every item for superior color, quality and consistency before it's ever shipped. However, if a product doesn't meet your needs for any reason, you can simply return it for a refund on the full purchase price, less the shipping fee.
To qualify, be sure to return your item within 10 days from the ship date -- using the original packaging and including all manuals, warranties, accessories and security seals. As long as we receive the item within 15 business days of the original ship date, we'll be happy to process your return and issue a return authorization number for your records.
